Over the past two years Damian and I have created a market stall at Eveleigh Markets in Sydney selling mandarins and cumquat's. Our friend Mark grows the fruit at Wisemans Ferry and we sell them for him! It has been such a wonderful opportunity to meet some really incredible people as well as supporting local farmers and local produce. Here are some pictures of cumquat marmalade that we made and also some chocolate coated cumquat's.
